This property is very old and I came home with bed bugs or spider bites. No AC and needed assistance from facility 1 block away. No check in on property...I had to drive a block away for check out and check in.

It needs work but from what I saw they are trying.

To say that that the pictures on their site are deceiving is an understatement. At first they were nice and thought everything was going well until we couldn’t get into our room and it only went downhill from there. Instead of maintenance coming out and attempting to fix the numerous rooms with broken key card readers, they were offering the master key to any and everyone. When we were attempting to even get a partial refund because we refused to stay in a place we felt unsafe in, we were met with rudeness and attitude. Truthfully would give it zero stars if possible.
