I booked a room two months early at this location. At check in I'm informed that there are no rooms available. Even though I had booking confirmation for months. Manager was extremely rude. The location itself looks like it belongs in a third world country. It was unbelievably dilapidated and dirty. Furthermore hotels.com then charged me a no show fee. For a room I never received. Going on a week now and customer service still has not refunded and has been zero help.

I booked 4 months in advance, but was unable to even check in. I was told they were at capacity and my reservation had been cancelled. I ask about my 2nd night and told “I’VE ALREADY TOLD YOU! YOUR ROOM HAS BEEN CANCELLED.” The parking lot was essentially empty so it didn’t add up. I then find that my credit card was charged 100% as a “no show.” Also note that the lobby is closed from 10:00PM- 7:30AM, 3 of the listed phone numbers don’t work, reached someone who answered & transferred us to one of the dead numbers. Finally somehow reached the rude women who essentially told us to kick rocks and get lost.
