Amazing place! From the size of the luxury suite to the views, to having the plus of the Hot tub on the balcony, to restaurants walkable out your door. Great place!

Clean room. However it's clear the property is not well maintained during summer. First they had fans all along the outside of the convention center and it smelled musty. Once in the room we couldn't get comfortable because the chairs had the bottoms dropped out of them. Although it has a TV and fireplace they were so oddly placed in the corner that even if you could drag one of the uncomfortable chairs over you are not seeing the TV or feeling the warmth. Finally, the door to the balcony would NOT lock. How can I be at ease knowing the easy access to the room from the street. We brought the issue to the attention of the front desk and she said there was a sign on how to lock it that almost everyone misses. How is that helpful?
