What a beautiful place! The building used to be a monastery, and it still has a small but gorgeous chapel. The service was excellent, breakfast had a lot of variety, and the restaurant for dinner was tasty. Location wise it's perfect. It's a 5 minute drive to the town Cangas de Onis, where you can take the buses up to Covadonga and the lakes, and also explore the town, which is very pretty. Tons of good restaurants there too. I would definitely stay here again.

On arrival, we booked a table for dinner at 9 pm (nothing available earlier). We then waited at our table until 9:40 pm with not even a glass of water being offered. We then gave up and left to have a drink in the bar. The second evening we decided to avoid a repeat and went to Cangas de Onis town for dinner. Recommendation: avoid the restaurant, which is clearly understaffed as, I suspect, is the kitchen.
