Alas, no, this is not an "inn" so if you are picturing that, it's about as much of an old fashioned New England inn as a Holiday Inn or a Comfort Inn. If you understand that, then the location near the middle of Hyannis is a nice advantage.. But it really is not only not-charming, more importantly, it's NOT clean. I have to mention that, and I am not a fussy devil. Also there's a weird space in the room where's it's carpeted (but dirty, let me repeat) and suddenly you are walking on cold tile on your way to the bathroom. Not IN it, on the way to it. We didn't feel the breakfast was worthwhile, so we skipped it. The whole stay, while adequate, was overpriced for what it was. The reception area is very nice, but that's about it for upscale.

Our room was clean and lovely. Staff were helpful and polite. Parking was easy and abundant. Breakfast was fine, good variety. My only complaint, and not really a big deal was lack of variety for muffins (only blueberry). But there was plenty of food available, and loved the fresh fruit!
