Very dirty bathrooms and floors, bag odor and there were roaches in room 116. Toilets were very low, lighting was very dim, no pool as advertised. The large window on the 2st floor did not lock, not enough pillows, towels or wash cloths, and the door keys were very frustrating to use. I tried to express concerns with staff and was instructed to call back the next day. Manager said she'd tell the owner and that we'd have to check into where we booked the rooms for any refund and that she's talk to the owner about a refund 2. I have not heard back.

We enjoyed our stay at this Super 8 and plan to stay there again on our next business trip to the area. The staff was awesome, kind and very accomodating! Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were very spacious and clean and bathroom was a 10 on cleanliness as well Great stay for the night,have stayed there on several trips and will continue.
