Breakfast was good. Staff was also helpful. Pool was a good addition. The bathroom was not clean. Hair in the tub, Yuk. Asked for an iron, never came. Got bit by what I think was ants. Overall would not stay there again.

Room for as dirty (bought disinfectant wipes to clean). Towel bar falling off wall, bedding was dirty (did ask for it to be changed and it was better), brown sludge running down wall in hall way, hot water took 15 min to make it to our room, carpeting in hallway was filthy. Called Hotels.com to try to get out of the room and/or change my reservation to just 1 night so I could find another hotel, but was denied due to the fact that the hotel front desk would not answer the phone. Would never book this hotel again.
