My issue was with the booking app. The hotel was fantastic. I paid for a 2 queen bed room, not what I got. They changed it at the hotel but they said it showed a partial payment and it took a lot of chatting with the booking app to resolve. I also had purchased two rooms and requested that we be on the same floor, but due to the apps error we were not able to be accommodated. I would likely will not be using this way to book a hotel again.

Great stay. Select staff were wonderful. Amenities were great. Rooms very nice and clean. Staff was hard to reach via phone. I left my pillow behind and am located 6 hours away and tried calling the hotel multiple times after our departure and had no luck reaching them.

Excellent stay! Top hotel we’ve stayed at in the area. We will definitely be back. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, okay breakfast (food could be hotter).
