Stayed 3 nights. They partially cleaned our room after the first night and evidently forgot to finish the job. When we returned in the evening, the cleaning staff was gone so the job was not finished. We did get towels, though. 2 out of 3 mornings the pancake machine was not working. My kids love pancakes so that was a bummer. The rest of the breakfast was ok. The floors in common area needed to be cleaned more often. In particular, the elevator floor was very dirty during our entire visit. This was my worst experience at a Holiday Inn Express.
