Hotel was filthy and outdated. We had a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke and pets. It flared my wife's allergies up. The carpet was stained with looked like pet urine stains. Ended up being a miserable stay. Nobody was ever at front desk, had to go find

Unsafe, hostile, corrupt. I ended up sleeping in my car after a 12 hour drive due to the staff's cruelty, maliciousness, and negligence.

Room was musky and smelled bad-carpet needed deep cleaning. Had to put coffee beans in containers to reduce smell. Eventually after 3 complaints, Mtce came and said it would be best to move to a different room. Management agreed. Second had an odor-not as severe as the first. Reused the coffee beans-helped somewhat. Also one person(not sure if a quest-was begging fund in the hallways. Also quests are allowed to sit on the sidewalks outside front of building. Hallways needs vacuuming. Elevator floors needs cleaning.I will not stay here again .
